Making A Purchase
Making a purchase or a payment could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We currently only accept PayPal as we are unable to process credit cards online at this point in time. We are unable to accept international purchases at this time.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We process and send your order within 7 – 10 working days. Please note – we cannot hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
All orders are sent 2nd Class delivery unless specified by you in an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We can only mail out to the registered address on your PayPal account. We are unable to post to any alternative addresses.
When the order is placed at our website you will be directed to the official PayPal website to complete your purchase. PayPal is in no way affiliated with Fitness Angel and if you have an issue with the manner to which your payment has been processed, please contact PayPal direct, not Fitness Angel, via this webpage quoting your transaction number https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/helpcenter/helphub/home/
Guarantee & Returns
Please contact us if you wish to return an item. We will only accept the return of items, within 14 days, if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error or if you are unhappy with a substitution. If you are returning an item because you simply don’t like it we will not be able to refund. All return costs will be covered by the purchaser and postage costs both mailing out and returning an item cannot be refunded.
