Cocoa and Cinnamon Coconut Oats

I woke up today early to write an article about food cravings and guess what – once I finished it, I realised I was craving chocolate ! I am off running in two hours so it had to be something to give me energy but not leave me with a massive carb and sugar low after a while. Here is what I came up with 🙂



4 spoons of organic oats

1 tea spoon flaxseed

5 raw almonds

1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder

half teaspoon cinnamon

Some coconut water or milk

If you want add dates or date syrup for sweetness ( I will pass this time as need sugar levels steady for my run) .


Prepare your oats using mixture of coconut milk and water then add the rest of ingredients! So simple..
