Make Your Own Incredible Protein Shake

Ok guys…. this tastes ridiculously good. Whenever I take it to the gym it looks and smells so cool that everyone wants a recipe. It is packed with plant based complete protein, OMEGA fats and vitamins. It keeps you full for a long time so it is perfect to replace a meal with if you’re trying to loose weight … but also will be a healthy and natural solution to replace a protein shake with. You can buy all the ingredients in Holland & Barrets. Here it is:

  1. 10-12 almonds
  2. One Cup of Coconut Water
  3. 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  4. One cup of Acai Berry Juice
  5. 1 teaspoon of pea Pulsin protein powder
  6. 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  7. 1 tea spoon ground hemp seed.
  8. Date syrup or stevia if you want to sweeten it up a bit more.

Blend your 10 almonds with the cup of coconut water ( use NutriBullet ) and mix it with your chia seeds. Leave to soak overnight. In the morning, the chia should expand and become like ‘jelly’ .

Put it in a shake bottle and pour Acai juice over it. Add protein from your Pulsin, help, flaxseed and SHAKE IT ! Feel free to sweeten it up a little with Stevia or dilute with water if you prefer more space between the seeds 🙂
